Story
Can Garriga was born from a way of cooking that puts the ingredient first: fresh produce, family tradition recipes, and the time it takes for flavor to develop naturally.
Over the years we’ve grown, but we keep what brought us here intact: cooking like before, with respect for ingredients, the land, and the people behind every step.
Manifesto
1) Organic, local ingredients with traceability
We work with trusted producers and prioritize certified organic raw materials. We care about knowing where each ingredient comes from and how it was sourced.
2) Artisanal, slow, real cooking
We don’t rush. We wash, chop, sauté, and let time do its job. Long cooking times are part of our process—and our flavor.
3) Real food: nothing artificial
No preservatives, colorants, or flavor enhancers. We use the ingredients you’d use at home and preserve our products through thermal sterilization (autoclave) to ensure food safety and stability.
