Are your products organic?
Yes, we use certified organic vegetables, meat, and fish, with traceability, locally sourced, and of the highest quality. We have been working with trusted producers for over 20 years.
Do you use preservatives, colorants, or flavor enhancers?
No. We only use the vegetables, meat, fish, and spices you would use at home. At Can Garriga, we make broth just like your mother or grandmother would, just in bigger pots and with the food safety guarantees required of any professional kitchen. That’s why we slow-cook our broths, giving the fresh ingredients we receive every day the time they need to develop that traditional flavor, with top quality. We then sterilize them in an autoclave to ensure maximum food safety.
